THE HAPPYS: THREE WEEKS IN LA LA LAND. A humorous documentary about life in and around the community of Los Feliz in Los Angeles, California. Interviews with locals and all the interesting activities that make this neighborhood a special place to live. Also touches on life in the surrounding Los Angles and Hollywood areas.

MONA: THE MUSEUM OF NEON ART (GLENDALE, CA). One of my favorite stops when I visit Los Angeles. Anyone interested in or obsessed with antique neon signs and the possibilities inherent in neon as a basis for works of art will have a great time at this little museum.

IN MEMORY OF BELA LUGOSI. Lugosi, the classic vampire of early American sound cinema, both cursed and blessed by his identification with Dracula, the blood thirsty beast created by Bram Stoker in his novel of the same name. Originally a classically trained actor in his native Hungary, Lugosi became forever unfairly typed in horror films by Hollywood that was unwilling to see him in any other type of role. This short film is in Lugosi’s memory and consists of a nostalgic visit to his final apartment in Hollywood and the final resting place of his remains at Holy Cross Cemetery.

EL MATADOR BEACH, PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY, CALIFORNIA. Spend a few calming minute at one of the nicest little spots on the Pacific Coast Highway north of Los Angeles.

MR. BILL ON OLD US 66 “THE MOTHER ROAD”. In June of 2016, I drove solo across the United States from Richmond, VA to Los Angeles, CA. Along the way, I traveled the Arizona portion of Old US Route 66 “The Mother Road” and a little bit of the most eastern portion in California. This is a video travelogue of the things I saw along the way. I hope you will enjoy it! SOON TO BE AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE.
